Members may apply for a full refund of annual membership fees paid under the following circumstances:

The member has not participated in any Rogaine event during the calendar
year concerned.

The member has not received any newsletters by post during the calendar
year concerned.
-
The member has not been included in the QRA membership tally
submitted to the Australian Rogaine Association for calculation of the annual insurance premium.

NO REFUND of annual membership fees will be given if any of these three conditions are not satisfied.
