Team changes, additional bus tickets or meals:

If you need to withdraw from the event, please use the ‘Change Entry’ button and remove all team members to request a refund.
Refund policy: Team changes do not attract any additional admin fees. For a team withdrawal before 1 August, a full refund less a $10 administration fee will be provided. After 1 August, partial refunds for withdrawals will be offered based on actual expenses incurred.

Note: We are running a 15 Hour ‘Roving’ event in conjunction with the ARC 24 Hour event, and when you enter a team here you are entering both events. If you decide to stay out on the course for less than 15 hours in total, you will be competitive in the 15 Hour ‘Roving’ event (but note, the 15hr is not recognised as an Australasian Championships event).

Entry Fees

Your entry fee includes high-quality event map, meals at the Hash House and All Night Cafe during the event, camping at the Hash House on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, and up to 24 hours of rogaining bliss.
Regular (Before 1 August):  $120 Full,  $80 Concession
Late (After 1 August – accepted at organiser’s discretion): $140 Full,  $100 Concession

Teams and Categories

  • Teams must have between 2 and 5 members
  • Under 23 = all aged under 23
  • Open = all teams
  • Veteran = all aged 40 or over
  • Supervet = all aged 55 or over
  • Ultravet = all aged 65 or over
  • Intervarsity Team = 2-5 students from the same university (also eligible in the ARC categories)

Merchandise and Extras

Bus tickets for transport to and from Brisbane are available for purchase when you enter. You can also order Friday night dinner, Saturday morning breakfast and extra meals for non-competitors when you enter.
